
Citi Wealth’s Data, Analytics & Innovation team launched two new tools, consultant ideas and Askwealth, and both are designed to enhance the way Citi Wealth communicates with its clients.
Through consultants, Bankers and Citi Wealth consultants will have access to a custom dashboard with timely market turns, portfolios and current events. With the application, more customers will experience faster and deeper connections around useful content and alerts, including ideas from the Citi Wealth Investment Office.
Askwealth is the Citi -powered conversation assistant, which gives groups of services, consultants and managers to immediate answers to all the wealth ecosystem. With the help of Askwealth, service teams can resolve customer questions with ease and speed and consultants can access timely information and surveys to answer questions about customers and portfolios.
“Advisor Insights and Askwealth are key steps forward in expanding Citi Wealth’s AI, data and technological capabilities,” said Joe Bonanno, head of data, analyzes and innovation. “These platforms will save time for consultants, bankers and service groups, while enhancing customers the personal and high experience that is a tradition in our business.”
Advisor Insights is currently in a pilot with advisers to Citigold and Citi Private Client North America. The use will extend to North America’s private bankers and international colleagues of Q4 2025 and Q1 2026. Askwealth is now available to Citi Wealth colleagues worldwide after a successful launch in Asia.
