Clearstream announced today that Clearstream Banking AG will be renamed ClearsStream Europe AG, which is valid on September 26, 2025.
The existing contractual agreements, the level of service agreements (SLA), the lawyers (POAs) and other conventional documentation remain legally valid and will not need to be reinstated. Future contracts and documents will bear the new name “ClearsStream Europe AG” as soon as it comes into force.

Bic and Lei will not change.
The new legal entity name will be reflected in GUI and reports. It does not cause any change in ClearsStream procedures.
