FNG has learned that experienced Sydney-based executive Andrew Wood has joined IG Group’s IG Prime B2B business in Australia as Sales Director of Institutional Services.
Andrew Wood joins IG from rival UK brokerage CMC Markets, where he served as Head of Institutional Sales APAC for CMC Markets ANZ since 2017.
Prior to his time at CMC, Andrew also worked at Saxo Bank from 2012-2016 and helped develop the institutional business for Saxo Capital Markets Australia.
