The CME Group of International Parivatives has published disciplinary alerts on two of its members – Mark Levy and Brendan Bergerson.
A group of the floor behavior committee found that on June 27, 2025, Levy used unjustified power and acted in a non -potential nature while in trade.
The panel found that in this way it violated the CME 514.A.7 and 514.A.9 rules.
The table imposed a fine of $ 5,000 for the contribution.
The panel also found that on June 27, 2025, Bergerson used unjustified power in Pit Trading. The table found that in this way Bergerson violated the CME 514.A.7 rule.
Bergerson was fined $ 2,000.
The start date of the two disciplinary notifications is July 31, 2025.
