CoinShares International Limited, a European investment company specializing in digital assets, has decided to distribute a dividend of 9.25 million pounds for the financial year 2023.
The company has previously indicated that a distribution to shareholders would be considered within the parameters of the recently adopted dividend policy.
According to the policy, the company intends to return to shareholders through an annual dividend between 20% and 40% of the Group’s annual total revenue, excluding foreign exchange differences recognized in other total revenue. The annual dividend will be paid in SEK in four quarterly installments through the Euroclear Sweden settlement system.
In accordance with policy, the Board of Directors of the company announces today that it has decided to declare and pay in four equal installments an annual dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2023 of GBP 0.13 per ordinary share, amounting to approximately 9,250,492 GBP, to be paid from the Group’s reserves.
The dividend to holders of ordinary shares will be made in sterling (GBP) and then, prior to distribution to shareholders holding ordinary shares via Euroclear Sweden, converted into SEK at the rates in effect at the time of distribution.
