Cornerstone FS plc (LON:CSFS), a Forex and payments company offering multi-currency accounts to businesses and individuals through its proprietary technology platform, today announced its intention to change the company’s name to Finseta plc.
In connection with the proposed name change to Finseta plc, the Company’s TIDM is expected to change to ‘FIN’. The ISIN (GB00BNG7CD28) and SEDOL (BNG7CD2) of the Company’s common stock will remain unchanged.
Shareholders’ ownership documents will not be affected by the proposed rebranding and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates issued after the name change takes effect will bear the new name, Finseta plc.
The name change is expected to take effect in April 2024.
