Cornerstone FS plc (LON:CSFS) (trading as Finseta), a foreign exchange and payments solutions company, has changed its name.
Recognizing the significant strategic progress the Group has made and the growth of its operations – with a fundamentally expanded offering, capabilities and geographic footprint – the Group has decided to adopt a new name. The Group wanted a name that better aligned its brand identity with its mission, values and the comprehensive range of services it provides. In particular, the Group needed a unique name that reflected its differentiated offering.
Consequently, the Group underwent a renaming process that culminated in the adoption of “Finseta” and the Group began operating under the new name.
The Company will notify the market when the rebranding has been effected by Companies House and the Company’s ordinary shares will begin trading on AIM under the new corporate name and new TIDM of ‘FIN’.
