Cornerstone FS plc’s name change to Finseta plc has taken effect, the company announced today.
Trading of Finseta common shares on AIM under the new corporate name and new TIDM of ‘FIN’ is expected to commence at 8.00am. today, May 20, 2024. The ISIN (GB00BNG7CD28) and SEDOL (BNG7CD2) of the company’s common stock will remain unchanged.

Shareholders’ ownership documents will not be affected by the rebranding and existing share certificates should be retained and remain valid. Any new share certificates to be issued will bear the new name, Finseta plc.
Recognizing the significant strategic progress the Group has made and the growth of its operations – with a fundamentally expanded offering, capabilities and geographic footprint – the Group has decided to adopt a new name. The Group wanted a name that better aligned its brand identity with its mission, values and the comprehensive range of services it provides. In particular, the Group needed a unique name that reflected its differentiated offering.
Consequently, the Group underwent a renaming process that culminated in the adoption of “Finseta” and the Group began operating under the new name.
