The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) today issued a warning to the public against the treatment of two unauthorized investment companies.
The websites of the entities targeted by the warning are:
- Greymax.net
- finotivefunding.com
CYSEC noted that the aforementioned websites do not belong to an entity which has been licensed to provide investment services and/or to carry out investment activities as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (i)/2017.
The Regulatory Authority advises investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting businesses with investment companies, in order to ascertain entities licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
