The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) today issued a warning of 11 unauthorized investment companies.
Unauthorized businesses operate through the following sites:
- deltatradingcorp.com
- vyntor.net
- Phronimoss.com
- alchemy-investors.ltd
- axiance.com
- superfitmax.com
- fusion4marketsltd.com
- Anforanav.com
- bm- holdings.co
- lyfelete.com
- Novustrade.net
The regulator notes that the aforementioned websites do not belong to an entity which has been licensed to provide investment services and/or the execution of investment activities as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (i)/2017.
Cysc advises investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting businesses with investment companies, in order to ascertain entities that are allowed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
