The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CYSEC) has issued another public warning on unauthorized investment companies.
The entities targeted by the warning are:

- • kulanient.com
- • eliteglobalfx.com
- • elitefxgo.com
- • mavqeris.com
- • fasatgh.com
- • gosuncm.com
- • lyreasf.com
- • yondaris.pro
The regulator notes that the aforementioned websites do not belong to an entity which has been licensed to provide investment services and/or the execution of investment activities as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (i)/2017.
Cysc prompts investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before conducting businesses with investment companies, in order to ascertain entities that are allowed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
