The Cyprus Capital Market Commission (CCM) announced today the revocation of the license of the Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) of Leverate Financial Services Ltd.
The decision to revoke the license was taken at the CySEC meeting held on 4 December 2023. The move is in accordance with Article 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and Article 4( 7) ) of Directive DI87-05.
The withdrawal is due to the company’s decision to expressly renounce its license as a CIF.
Leverate holds a Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) license since December 2011.
