The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has decided to revoke the authorization of the Cyprus Investment Company (CIF) of the Forex broker AAA Trade.
The decision was announced today, but was taken at a meeting of CySEC held on 4 March 2024. The move is made in accordance with Article 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law 2017 and Article 4(7 ) of Directive DI87-05.
The regulator notes that its decision to revoke the license reflects the company’s decision to expressly renounce it.
The EKK website indicates that AAA Trade operates through two authorized domains: www.aaatrade.com and www.cryptoexchanger.eu.
