The Cyprus Capital Market Commission (CCM) today issued a warning against 12 unauthorized investment companies.
These entities have not been granted a license to provide investment services and/or carry out investment activities, as provided for in Article 5 of Law 87 (I)/2017.
The warning applies to the following websites:

- brokeroneltd.com
- nexotrades.com
- illuxor.net
- marketsac.com
- ufxone.com
- finquotesfinancial.work
- globaldibs.com
- successmarktplatform.com
- canlimited.com
- royalfxbank.com
- tradeoptfx.com
Cysec urges investors to consult its website (www.cysec.gov.cy), before dealing with investment firms, in order to check whether the entities are licensed to provide investment services and/or investment activities.
The Cypriot regulator has added several entities to the warning list recently. In November, CySEC warned about four unauthorized brokerages. In October, the regulator issued a warning against 16 unauthorized investment firms.
