After a successful 15 -year -old ASX career, Asx Chief Compliance Officer Daniel Moran announced his resignation.

Mr Moran first joined the ASX in 2010 as an Deputy General Adviser before rising the position of the Group General Advisor in 2017, appointed his current role as head of compliance in 2022.

As the team’s general adviser, Daniel led the legal team at a time when ASX significantly expanded its service offers and investment in technological systems and data, bringing a series of new legal requirements and specialized areas, as well as new regulatory catering.

As head of compliance, he led to a comprehensive and successful improvement program, as ASX is moving towards a more risk -based, dangerous and effective market surveillance model.

During this transitional GM registering compliance, Garth Riddell will enter the role of the temporary compliance and manage the daily responsibilities of the compliance with ASX’s registrations.

An internal and external search process for a successor will be undertaken.
