Compagnie Financière Tradition SA announces that the Annual General Meeting held on May 21, 2024 at 3.30 p.m. approved the dividend proposal of the Board of Directors published in the Official Swiss Trade Journal on April 25, 2024.
The dividend consists of a cash payment of a gross amount of CHF 6.00 (cash dividend) per CFT bearer share with a nominal value of CHF 2.50 (bearer shares).
The gross taxable amount for the cash dividend is CHF 6.00 per bearer share.
The total amount of the dividend is CHF 46,275,012 and the available retained earnings is CHF 90,100,093 subject to the amount of own shares held on the ex-dividend date (May 23, 2024).
