Deutsche Börse AG’s Supervisory Council has elected Clara-christina Streit as its new president after the company’s annual general meeting.

He succeeds Martin Jetter, who, as announced in September, resigned from the Supervisory Council at the end of today’s annual general meeting. Martin Jetter has been a member of the Supervisory Council since 2018 and had been chaired by 2020.

The Supervisory Board had appointed Clara-Christina Streit as a new president in December. He has been a member of the Supervisory Council since 2019 and is also chairman of the Vonovia SE Supervisory Council and President of the Government of the German Code of Corporate Governance.

In addition, Deutsche Börse AG shareholders elected Jean Pierre Mustier as a successor to Martin Jetter at the Supervisory Council at today’s annual General Meeting. Among other positions, the 64 -year -old Frenchman was chairman of the Unicredit Spa Executive Board from 2016 to 2021 and President of the European Banking Federation from October 2023. and Temporary Managing Director of the International Informatics Services Provider Atos SE.

Deutsche Börse AG’s Supervisory Board has a total of 16 members.
