Equiti, a Dubai -based Fintech brand, has collaborated with Dubai’s first sports franchise, Dubai’s basketball, with the team serving as a team’s founding partner and official digital wealth partner for the next three seasons.
As part of the partnership, Equiti will appear clearly in official jerseys and stadiums at the Coca-Cola Arena, the Dubai basketball home for all home games, while dealing with fans on the team’s digital platforms.
Since their debut in 2024, Dubai’s basketball has rewritten the Playbook – flooding the ABA League and became the first club from the area to compete in Euroleague. Their fearless ambition reflects the journey of the equivalent on many levels, reflecting a common commitment to Dubai, teamwork and discipline and promoting performance at the highest level.
“Innovation spikes when ambition meets discipline and both Basketball Equiti and Dubai prove that performance limits can be re -examined,” said Iskandar Najjar, Managing Director of the Equiti Group and co -founder. “This co -operation is over the court – reflects our common commitment to project Dubai’s talent on a world stage, provoking the contract, creating opportunities and setting a plan for the next era of success.”
“Together, we are excited to strengthen athletes, fans and customers to promote boundaries, excel performance and create strong, positive impact on both on the pitch.”
Founded in 2017, Equiti has evolved into a truly international Fintech brand, based in Dubai and offices covering Europe, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the Middle East. The company is a pioneer, a global provider of commercial transaction technology, payment software, natural goods, technology investment and multi -asset products, proving that Dubai -based innovation can dominate a world stage.
Sharing the same ambition in Excel worldwide, Dubai’s basketball played its opening season in the ABA League, completing the season in the semifinals against the champions. Earlier this year, the club created the history, making the first club in the area to compete in Eurolega. This milestone was secured through a five-year wild card agreement that began with 2025/26, which advises the Euroleague debut of the Dubai Basketball on September 30 against Partizan at Coca-Cola Arena.
“Our collaboration with Equiti expands the limits of what we thought we could bring to our fans-working with such a successful home brand. We are really bringing people to Dubai.
