Online broker eToro has informed its German customers that, as of January 14, 2024, eToro wallet services will no longer be available.
This means that from this date:
- Customers will no longer have access to their eToro wallet.
- They will no longer be able to transfer crypto from their eToro account to their eToro wallet or anywhere else.
- Any crypto that remains in their wallet will be migrated to Tanganyi, along with the rest of their cryptocurrency holdings, and will then be visible in their eToro wallet and available for “nearby only”.
- If you want to transfer your crypto assets to a different custodian, you can do so. As Tangany will be your custodian, your transfer request must be made directly through them at the following email address: drawal@tangany.com.
