Online broker eToro has informed its customers that the problems with registration and phone verification reported earlier today have been resolved.
At 08:05 UTC today, eToro said the broker was experiencing service degradation during phone registration and verification on eToro services due to the global IT outage.
About 20 minutes later, the broker added that other services, including eToro money transfers using the eToro Money app and cryptocurrency transfers may also be affected.
At 09:15 UTC, eToro issued an update stating that the incident has been resolved.
The broker apologized for the inconvenience and said it appreciates its customers’ understanding in this matter.
