Euroclear UK & International today announced the appointment of Chris Elms as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Elms previously served as interim CEO.

With a combined 28 years of experience at Euroclear Group and previously CRESTCo, which was acquired by Euroclear Group in 2002, Mr Elms has held a number of senior positions including CRESTCo Head of Internal Audit and Group Head of Group IT Service Control, where he was responsible for the day-to-day delivery of front-line IT services to the group entities (Euroclear Bank, Euroclear UK & International and ESES CSDs).
