The European EURONEXT capital market infrastructure announced today that it has completed the acquisition of 100% of Admincontrol’s shares for business value of NOK’s 4,650 million NOK. The transaction complies with Euronext’s capital distribution policy, with ROCE expected to exceed WACC between three to five years after closing.
Admincontrol will be part of Euronext corporate solutions, enhancing the development of the franchise in Nordics and the United Kingdom. The acquisition accelerates Euronext’s strategic ambition to increase SAAS’s offer and increases Euronext’s share of subscriptions. More than doubling the size of the Euronext Governance offer and expands the potential with solutions overwhelming to deal with the critical workflow for the mission.
Admincontrol has seen double -digit annual growth over the last five years and recorded the revenue from EBITDA 452 million NOK and EBITDA’s revenue and EBITDA technological services, which represent 2024.
