Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that Australia-based institutional FX brokerage and prime services firm 26 Degrees Global Markets has hired Constantinos Constantinou for its expanding Cyprus office as Associate Director, Prime Services.
Konstantinos Konstantinou joins 26 Degrees after spending the last two years at Retail FX and CFDs broker HFM (formerly known as HotForex) as Regional Head of Business Development. He also previously worked at FXTB, and the now defunct broker 24option.
As we previously reported, 26 Degrees has been making a push to expand internationally, including in the UK where in late 2022 26 Degrees (then called Invast Global) purchased GMO-Z.com, the UK operation of Japanese online giant GMO and in Cyprus, taking the lead in EU businesses.
26 Degrees Global Markets is managed by Japan-based financial services firm INV Inc, which was recently delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
