
Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that ANCA Ioana Ionescu, head of human resources in Europe in the retail FX and CFDS Broker Doo Group, has left the company.
Anca Ioana Ionescu, who is one of the most experienced HR and CFDS executives, joined the Doo team in 2023 at a time when the Chinese broker was planning a significant expansion in the EU from the regional headquarters of Cyprus. The Doo Group was later obtained a CYSEC license (for Doo Financial Cyprus Limited) and was transferred to new enlarged offices in Limassol earlier this year.
Prior to her time with the Doo team, ANCA was at Axi as a specialist in acquiring talents in Cyprus and served as head of human resources and the redemption of talent for the Singapore Finxflo encryption. He is also head of human resources official in Cyprus Retail FX Broker TTCM Traders Trust. Head of human resources in NAGA. and Human Resources and Business Administrator in Orbex. ANCA had also worked in the past for Europefx and IRONFX, where he was a World Business Manager from 2011-2017.
Founded in 2014 and is based in Singapore, the Doo Group has a subsidiary licensed in various locations such as the US, the United Kingdom, Cyprus, Indonesia, Australia and Hong Kong, as well as offshore entities in Labuan, Seychelles, Mauritius. The Doo Group is controlled by the Chinese national Junjie Chen.

As I finish last week at Doo, I am full of gratitude and pride.
The explosion of messages by colleagues was incredibly reminiscent and reminds that the true value of leadership lies in the people who strengthen, not only in the projects you are completing.
When I started here, my mission was simple: build the section, cultivate its growth and create the space for future leaders to thrive. During my time, I had the privilege of creating two leaders of the departments that now hold the reins, developing a team that is fully functional and creating a frame that is ready to escalate.
The last impression is just as important as the first, and I made sure to leave not only a legacy of the work, but a heritage of care. The tools I gave for escalation are in the hands of the most capable leaders and I have no doubt that they will get the team even more.
In my personal philosophy, the leadership is about the strengthening of others to enter their potential and to grow. My role was never to stay, but to lay the foundation, to ensure viability and to make their place for others to bloom.
I leave this chapter knowing that the mission I have begun has been completed and I cannot wait to see how these leaders continue to shape the future of the department. 🥰
