Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that some management changes have passed to the MT4 / MT5 Broker Technology Solutions Solutions Provider Your Bourse, who will see the co -founder of Elina Pedersen to take over as Managing Director (CEO).
Elina’s daily role as head of your Stock Exchange’s revenue official (CRO) will be transferred to Kate Rutkovskaya, at present head of business development.
We expect the company to make an official announcement soon.
Elina Pedersen founded your Stock Exchange a decade ago with former co -founder and owner of the FX retail and CFDS Brokerage Alpari Group, Andrey Vedikhin, who is the majority owner of your bourse. Andrey Vedikhin has served as CEO of your bourse since its establishment, while Elina Pedersen has served as CRO. Andrey Vedikhin will remain in the company as chairman of the Board of Directors.
Kate Rutkovskaya returned to your Stock Exchange at the end of last year, as was also mentioned exclusively here at FNG to run business growth. Kate Rutkovskaya has served as a COO of your stock market from 2020-2022, following her first participation in the company in 2019 as a business development manager. He had also previously served as a VP Business Development in Estonia based on FX retail trade and CFDS Broker Admirals (2014-2016).
Changes also follow the recent departure of your bourse chief marketing, Diana Ilchuk.
