Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that Shalom Berkovitz has resigned as a director at eToro (UK) Limited, the FCA-regulated arm of Israel-based social trading-focused broker eToro, severing his ties with the company.
Shalom Berkovitz spent seven years as a senior executive at eToro, serving as the company’s CFO and Deputy CEO – and effective “Number 2” to eToro founder and CEO Yoni Assia – before ceding his role to Hedva Ber in early 2023 .
He remained involved with the company over the past year as a non-executive director at eToro UK and eToro USA LLC.
