Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDS Broker Moneta Markets are going to enter the United Kingdom’s online commercial market, acquiring FCA with Vibhs Financial Ltd.
VIBHS has been quite inactive in recent years, publishing only £ 358k on FY2025 (12 months ending March 31, 2025). Vibhs is acquired by Indian businessman Piyushkumar (Piyush) Parekh based in Dubai. The company has been licensed FCA since 2014.
Moneta Markets, who recently became the sponsor of Atlético de Madrid at APAC, initially started by Australia based on the online broker VANTAG in 2020 and is led by former Vantage CMO David Bily (depicted above). Moneta initially served as an offshore brand of Vantage, living in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Since then, the company has received a license to provide Financial Services (FSP) in South Africa and, as noted, has now been licensed in the United Kingdom. Moneta is mainly managed by Dubai.
