Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that the executive of the IG Karman Wong team, who has served as head of emerging APAC markets for IG, has left the company. Karman was mainly responsible for IG businesses from customers in mainland China.
Karman Wong, who worked from Australia’s IG office, was with IG for more than 12 years, initially participated as a sales trader in 2013. In 2016 he was promoted to China Vice President and spent two years at the IG offices in Shanghai. Karman returned to Melbourne in 2018 as an International Business Development Director – larger China, and in 2020 played his role as head of emerging APAC markets.
Karman holds a Master of Finance degree from Melbourne Business School and Bachelor of Commerce degree from Monash University.
