The United Kingdom’s Financial Behavior Authority (FCA) today published data on complaint reports that received between April and June 2025.

In the second quarter of 2025, FCA received 315 new Whistleblowing reports.

For the same period in 2024 the team received 253 reports.

In 2025 Q1 (January to March), FCA received 281 reports.

Each report that FCA receives will contain one or more claims of offense. 315 report that the regulator received this quarter contained 1,130 allegations in total. Compliance overcame the list of allegations, followed by the suitability and culture of the organization.

You can contact Whistleblowing and tell FCA about your concerns with confidence if you are:

  • An employee or former employee who has witnesses of offenses at work.
  • A person who is aware of the offenses due to a close personal relationship (for example, if your partner is employed by a financial services company and has noticed an offense).
  • Member of the family or close associate of a person who commits an offense to a financial services company.
