FNG has learned that the leading Finalto Institutional Commercial Services and Liquidity Solutions have hired FX and veteran of the Sam Horowitz banking industry, as a new head of the UK/EU.
Sam Horowitz, based in London, spent 20 years in the banking sector in institutions such as BBVA, Lloyds, Rabobank and UBS, working mainly in higher EFX office roles. Sam then joined the CMC markets in 2021 and settled in 2022 as head of CMC’s distribution and liquidity distribution and management. After leaving CMC in 2023, Sam worked in WISE and Rafiki money transfer companies.
Finalto has undergone a series of management changes since he resigned from the previous current, CEO Matthew Maloney resigned, followed by Coo Stanislav Bunimovich.
