Fintech Company FIS (NYSE: FIS) today announced that it has remodeled its private funds as a cloud-native-as-a-service (SAAS) software solution.

It has also been upgraded to a fully front solution by incorporating FIS’s newly -established Suite Services Services.

At its core, the private order of capital is designed to face the biggest challenges facing private investment funds today. Replacement of manual processes with automation, harmonization of data flows and supporting, in real time, the suite helps private capital companies to provide a modern, intuitive investor experience and maximize the performance of each dollar at work.

With the renovation of the FIS Private Capital Suite as a SAAS offer, it acts as a flexible and gradual ecosystem that can better help private capital managers with complex capital processing, helping to promote effectiveness, compliance and transparency. It supports the fight against money laundering, knows your client (KYC) and the potential for investment embarkation and presents a unique ability to support the possibilities of complying multiple measures for today’s increasingly complex private strategies.
