The UK Financial Services Compensation Plan (FSCS) provided information to Business Agent Ltd, Trading as Nextcrowd and Nextfin.
Business Agent Ltd has been approved by the Authority of Financial Behavior since 2015.
The business agent entered the administration on May 8, 2025. Louise Longley and Julian Pitts of Begbies Traynor Group were appointed as common managers. Managers have created a Dedicated website For customers.
FSCS is not currently open to customer claims.
FSCS first needs to see if the eligible claims against the business agent are possible and in accordance with the rules set for FSCs by FCA. FSCS is currently investigating this.
It is free to make a claim with FSCs and you do not need to use a representative or lawyer. If you claim directly with FSCs, you will receive 100% of any compensation.
