Exclusive: Former cTrader exec James Glyde launches PipFarm trading company. Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that James Glyde, a former senior executive at Spotware Systems – the developer of the cTrader trading platform – has launched a new brand in the ‘Funded Trader’ retail trading space, called PipFarm (on pipfarm.com). PipFarm will be based in Singapore and will operate on his former employer’s cTrader platform. James Glyde spent six years at Spotware from 2013-2019, the last three as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer.

Exclusive: Former oneZero/PrimeXM executive Louay Amhaz launches FX/CFD liquidity firm LP Prime. Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that FX industry veteran Louay Amhaz has launched a new institutional FX and CFD liquidity company, called LP Prime. LP Prime will be officially domiciled in South Africa, with the operating company Logan Capital (Pty) Ltd acting as an authorized financial services provider regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSCA) of South Africa (license no. 52610). Louay Amhaz has worked for the past seven years as Business Development Manager for multi-asset technology solutions provider oneZero in Cyprus.

Exclusive: PrimeXM/Plugit alum Lea Wang launches FX broker consultancy 4XTC. Exclusive FNG… FNG has learned that FX and CFD industry veteran Lea Wang has launched a new company offering advisory services for multi-asset brokers called 4XTC (on the website 4xtc.io). Lea Wang, who is based in Cyprus, was EVP and COO of FX broker CRM and Affiliate Management Solutions PLUGIT for three years (2019-2022) and previously served as Head of Global Account Management for technology solutions and broker liquidity provider PrimeXM . where he worked for four years.

Exclusive: Plus500 is doubling its office space in Israel, hiring workers. Exclusive FNG… Retail FX and CFDs broker Plus500 Ltd (LON:PLUS) is embarking on a major expansion, FNG has learned. Sources in Israel say Plus500 is set to lease an additional 5,800 square meters of office space near its current global headquarters in Haifa, Israel, while the company is actively hiring for various areas. Plus500 plans to expand its operations and is reportedly hiring for dozens of jobs in development and software, sales and business development, along with jobs in other areas.

Skilled Funded Traders becomes the second Easton support company to close. Another day, another support retailer goes out of business. After reporting yesterday that popular promotion company The Funded Trader has (supposedly been temporarily) shut down, another company – Skilled Funded Traders – has also pulled its website (skilledfundedtraders.com). It appears that The Funded Trader and Skilled Funded Traders are both affiliated with a group called Easton Consulting Technologies, out of Miami, Florida.
