Hargreaves Lansdown plc (HL) confirms that Moni Mannings, a non-executive director of HL, has been appointed to the Board of Land Securities Group plc as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director.
The appointment is effective from 11 December 2023.
Moni Mannings is a qualified solicitor with a strong background in international banking and finance and was a Senior Partner and member of the Board of law firm Olswang LLP. She has held a number of non-executive positions including being a Board Member of Dairy Crest Group plc, Polypipe Group plc, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee), Cranfield University, Deputy Chairman of Barnardo’s and Senior Independent Director of Investec Bank plc.
