Ice Futures US has published a Disciplinary Action Notice against HedgePoint Schweiz AG.
On July 16, 2025, a subcommittee of the Exchange Business Behavior Committee (BCC) found that in one day in January 2024, hedgepoint Schweiz AG may have violated the exchanging rules 4.06 (b) (i) and (ii), performing multiple non -bona fide exchanges for options for options (eoos) In the “C” contract without the exchange of exchanges.
In addition, BCC found that hedgepoint may have violated the Exchange Rule 4.01 (B), failing to determine, manage and impose supervisory systems, policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to achieve compliance with the exchange for the relevant position requirements.
According to the terms of settlement, in which hedgepoint did not admit or denied the alleged rules violations, HedgePoint agreed to pay a $ 50,000 monetary sentence.
