Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: Ice), a parent company of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), announced today that it will double list at NYSE Texas, which is valid on June 17, 2025.
“Founded 25 years ago and listed on NYSE for almost two decades, Ice worked steadily to stay at the forefront of innovation in the capital markets,” said Jeffrey C. Sprecher, president and CEO of Ice. “By supporting the momentum in Texas as Abbott governor and his team create an environment where companies can thrive, we are pleased to join the Companies recorded in the NYSE Texas.”
Based on NYSE’s 230 years experience as the world’s leading exchanging body, Nyse Texas, started earlier this year as the first exchange of movable values to operate in the state of Texas. NYSE Texas offers a new area of registration and trade for companies attracted to the landscape in favor of state businesses. In the first three months, 10 companies from various sectors chose the double list at NYSE Texas.
Ice will maintain his main listing in NYSE.
