IG Securities, the Japanese subsidiary of electronic trading major IG, will stop offering trading instruments related to crude palm oil.
The affected instruments are crude palm oil CFDs and crude palm oil knockout options.
The broker explains that the change reflects the fact that providing these instruments has become difficult.
Opening new positions in these instruments is no longer possible. IG asks traders to liquidate any existing positions no later than August 23, 2024, 12:59 p.m. (Japan time). After that, the broker will close any remaining positions.
All pre-orders will also be deleted on Friday 23 August 2024.
