The latest Beta Build (10.40) of the Interactive Brokers Platform is equipped with order recovery functionality.
Worldwide Configuration -> API -> Setup will provide a new arrangement, “maintain and submit order when the connection is restored”.
This setting will automatically maintain or undergo orders on the platform after disconnecting a network or will follow automatic reset behavior.
