London-based prime-of-prime broker and liquidity solutions provider iSAM Securities has announced that it has recently expanded its global electronic trading team with the addition of James Gavin to the London office, while Nathalie Bijlsma and Richie Westerlind join the office Florida. This strategic move aims to increase the global reach of iSAM Securities and ensure seamless trading and customer focus in every time zone.

Joining iSAM Securities after a 5-year career at Standard Chartered Bank, James Gavin brings with him a wealth of experience in eFX trading. James’ role within the team will be to help deliver unrivaled products and grow the existing offering.

Richie Westerlind, whose career spans from HedgeMark International, LLC working in the Client Services and Risk group, to Senior Vice President in the In-Business Risk group at Citi, also brings a wealth of risk management expertise. During his career, Richie has developed invaluable experience in FX Prime Brokerage, Fixed Income Prime Brokerage, Futures and OTC derivatives, fully equipping him for his role at iSAM Securities.

After completing her Masters in Finance & Investments at the Rotterdam School of Management in Erasmus, Nathalie Bijlsma joined the capital markets rotation program at ABN AMRO where she gained key experience in equity research, foreign exchange sales and trading and strategy development. Nathalie then started trading for herself. After a 7-year career as a retailer and investor, Nathalie decided to leverage this experience in her new role at iSAM Securities.
