The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOB) has ordered the interpretation of access to 11 new websites offering financial or cryptographic services without the necessary permit.
The regulator ordered the interruption of the 7 Abusive Financial Mediation websites and 4 websites through which the encryption currency services are provided.

When issuing the orders, the Authority used the powers derived from “Decto Crescita” (“Development Decree”, converted by Law No. 58 of June 28, 2019) on black from the websites of abusive financial intermediaries. which the cryptographic services are provided to Italian savings, in the absence of the specified licenses.
The number of websites blocked since July 2019, when Consob took power to order that fraudulent financial intermediaries would be black, thus increased to 1328. Last week the regulator ordered the exclusion of access to six unauthorized websites.
The application of the black area of these sites by Internet service providers continues. For technical reasons, it may take several days for the exclusion to come into force.
