The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOB) has ordered the interpretation of access to four unauthorized investment websites.
The sites targeted by the latest orders are:
- “Egplus.vip” (website
- “Egalite.bond” (website
- Arbismart UAB (website and relevant page
- “Blockbyteq” (website
During the issuance of the orders, the regulatory authority used the powers granted by Micar (Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 and Legislative Decree No 129 of 5 September 2024) on blacks from the sites through which Crypto Nurinal Services are provided in Italian warehouses.
The number of sites blocked in July 2019, when Consob took power to order that fraudulent financial intermediaries will be black, has increased to 1,304.
The application of the black area of these sites by Internet service providers continues. For technical reasons, it may take several days for Black to come into force.
Consob attracts investors’ attention to the importance of adopting greater diligence to make up -to -date investment choices, adopting common sense behaviors necessary to safeguard their savings. These include, for websites offering financial services, checking in advance that the operator with which they are investing is authorized and, for bidding for financial products, has been published or White Bible.
