The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOB) has issued orders to involve access to 13 unauthorized investment websites.
Websites affected by orders are:
- “Stockwisse” (website and pages and
- “Hyper Trads” (website and related page
- “Arti4Trades” (websites and and page
- “LiruneFX” (website and page
- “Network Capital Ltd” (website and page
- “Lucrumiagroup.co” (website
- “Dobibo” (website
- “Jzmor” (websites www.jzmor.com, www.jzmor-it57659.com, www.jzmor-it33583.com, www.jzmor-it99518.com and www.jzmor-it52337.com).
During the issuance of the orders, the Commission used the powers granted it by “Decto Crescita” (“Development Decree” No 58 of June 28, 2019, Article 36, paragraph 2-Lines) and MICAR (EU (EU) 2023/1114 and Legislative Decree No. 129 of 5 September 20).
The number of websites tanned since July 2019, when Consob took power to order that fraudulent financial intermediaries have been excluded, thus increased to 1426.
The interruption of these sites by Internet Service providers continues. For technical reasons, it may take several days for the exclusion to come into force.
