The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOBs) illegally ordered access to six new websites that promote or provide illegal financial services.
The sites targeted by the latest orders are:
- “Fibonachis” (website and related page
- “Primexmarkets Ltd” (website and related page
- “Blyx Ultra” (websites and related page
- State Street Markets Limited (www.streetstate.vip website);
- “EXT24” (website and relevant page
When issuing the commands, the Authority used the powers derived from “Decto Crescita” (“Development Decree”, Law 58 of June 28, 2019, Article 36, paragraph 2-Terans), under which Consob may order internet services to exclude access to websites offered without the services offered without the services offered without proper services. permission.
The number of websites tanned since July 2019, when Consob took power to order that fraudulent financial intermediaries have been excluded, thus increased to 1317.
The application of the black area of these sites by Internet service providers continues. For technical reasons, it may take several days for Black to come into force.
Consob attracts investors’ attention to the importance of adopting greater diligence to make up -to -date investment choices, adopting common sense behaviors necessary to safeguard their savings.
