The Committee of Companies and Exchange of Italy (CONSOB) has asked Google and Apple to abolish two mobile applications offering illegal financial services to Italian investors.
The two applications are “Solve Smart” (for Android Systems) and “4x News” (for iOS operating systems). They are linked to “Eurotradecfd”, a company whose site is set to be blocked in Italy.
Consob has ordered the exclusion of access to five unauthorized investment websites. Are:
