Japanese Forex, CFD and broker Rakuten Securities Inc have announced the pending termination of the “Basic Advice” service.
“Basic, Tips” A solutions based on conversations currently tested as part of Rakuten Securities with consultants will be suspended at 5:00 pm On Friday, August 22, 2025.
The service will no longer be available after this date.
The brokerage expressed its gratitude to the many customers who used the service and gave it valuable feedback during the test period. Rakuten Securities reports that it will use feedback to improve the overall quality of consultants and provide a service that satisfies its customers.
Online consultations with consultants will continue to be available.
