
The Board of Directors of IG Group Holdings PLC (LON: IgG) announced today that Jonathan Mutters, non -executive director of the company, has been appointed as a non -executive director of Citigroup Inc. by force from 16 June 2025.
Jonathan Molds has extensive experience in financial services, having worked in the United Kingdom, the US and Asia during a 25+executive career of the year.
He spent most of his career at the Bank of America, where he headed for the Bank of America’s international businesses and then European President of the Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Merrill Lynch International CEO after the merger of the two companies. He then served as Barclays leading officer, where he oversees technology, risk and cost transformation initiatives to help improve the bank’s operational effectiveness.
Jonathan Mutters has undertaken various non -executive roles, including the Senior Independent Director and the Chairman of the Risk Committee at the IG Group, President of Citi International Representative, CGML and Chairman of the Council of Financial Shopping (FMSBs).
Mr Molds has served in basic industry associations, including the International Union of Exchanges and Derivatives as President, a Union for Financial Markets in Europe as Director, the Association of World Financial Markets as Director and as a member of the Higher Chiefs of Agriculture. He was the founding co -chair of the Otcderivnet, who promotes the development of a safe environment after the OTC derivative trade industry.
He has a first -class degree in mathematics from the University of Cambridge and was awarded a CBE in the 2014 prices list for charity services.
