Metro Bank today announced that Catherine Doran will be appointed as a non-executive director on 1 January 2026.
Ms. Doran has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Information Officer, leading IT transformations at large financial services firms and other industry sectors. She previously held senior roles at NatWest, Capital One and Royal Mail Group and is currently a Non-Executive Director at ClearBank Limited, where she is Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Board’s Risk Committee.
