
Miami International Holdings, Inc. (MIH) announced the pricing of the original public bid of 15,000,000 shares of its shares at a price of $ 23.00 per share, $ 2.00 over the high end of the expected price range.
The shares of the shares are expected to start negotiating on the New York Stock Exchange with the Ticker “Miax” symbol on August 14, 2025.
MIH has also granted insurers a 30 -day option for a purchase of up to 2,250,000 shares common shares at the original public offer price, less reconstruction and supplies.
JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Piper Sandler act as head of book managers for the proposed offer. Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc., Raymond James, William Blair and Rosenblatt act as common bookrunning administrators.
