Online negotiation Major IG Group Holdings PLC (LON: IgG) is currently providing information about the succession of the IG Group President.
Mike Mctighe informed the Board of Directors of his intention to resign as president by the end of 2025. He has served in this role since his appointment in February 2020.
Mike Mctighe commented:

The process of appointing a successor is in progress.
Mr Mctighe has a plethora of leadership, board and regulatory experience both public and private companies. He is president of Openreach Limited and together Financial Services Limited. He was also appointed to chair the Telegraph Media Group Limited in March 2024 and to chair the Men’s Rugby Council in November 2024.
For over 20 years he has played various non -executive director roles in a series of regulated and non -regulated industries, and we also spend eight years on the Board of Directors and one year on the Postcomm Board of Directors.
Mr Mctighe has held many presidencies over the years, including the presidency of many UK and USA public companies.
He spent most of his executive career in Cable and Wireless, Philips, Motorola and Ge.
Mike Mctighe holds a BSC (ENG) degree in Electrical.
