Mr Nick Fellowes has become an honorary member of LME in recognition of his services in the metal industry and the exchange.
Mr Fellowes joined the Amalgamated Metal Trading Ltd (AMT), a member of the LME 1 category in 1986 as an employee of the LME market. After 2 years he became an authorized rings trader and spent the next 28 years of commercial zinc, copper, lead and tin on the LME floor.
During his 38 years at AMT, Nick Fellowes became Deputy Director in 1994, a full director of the Board of Directors in 2000 and Managing Director in 2016.
He represented AMT to the LME Ring Dealing Committee for more than a decade and sat on the LME user committee from 2020-2024. He was also a member of the committee of Committee LME TIN and LME Trading Committee.
